I practice intellectual property and creative business law — copyright, trademark, licensing, and the contractual and structural work that surrounds a creative business as it grows. My practice serves a defined roster of clients and a limited number of active engagements at any time. That capacity is finite, and it's allocated in advance. This page describes how new work reaches me.
